User gets Error Box: "Connect to insight.gov," with Username and Password option. The Error Box pops-up every 20 minutes according to customer.
User gets Error Box: "Connect to insight.gov," with Username asking for smart card option and Password option. The Error Box pops-up every 20 minutes according to customer. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this.

This is the Windows Update forum. Your post has nothing to do with updating. Suggest you either repost to a more suitable forum or wait until a Moderator moves it since you've failed to even include which edition of Windows this issue is occuring on and what the User was doing when the box appeared. If the User wasn't doing anything and the box appeared, then please include that information.Windows ForumsClick on the Show All > link next to the installed edition of Windows and post this to theSecurity, Privacy, and User Accounts forum of said OS.
